Travelling in Train 20111, Coach M1. The AC has not been working for quite some time. The TTE and coach attendant have already been informed, but no action has been taken yet. Passengers are facing discomfort. Request @RailMinIndia @IRCTCofficial @RailwaySeva to look into this.

At Bade Hanuman Ji Temple, fans in the queue area are not working and crowd management is poor. Children and senior citizens are struggling in the intense heat. No staff or volunteers are visible in the queue; police personnel are only seen near the exit.

Toilets are unhygienic, the washbasin is dirty and clogged, and tea spilled by a vendor in the evening is still lying on the cabin floor. No housekeeping staff has attended the coach. Seeking needful action.
