On Day 3 of APW2025, our delegate enjoyed a relaxing Yoga session hosted by Associate Professor Shameem Black and Yoga Mandir. The session begins with an academic introduction to Yoga by AsPr Shameem Black, who reflects on Yoga as a distinct form of enquiry and knowledge.
