Reflections on perfection and possibility in a world with super-intelligent AI.
And the importance of returning to the truth of who we are in these wild times...

@eriktorenberg Or in some cases you may need to separate from these people and rebuild yourself in solitude. Some of these people will stay in your life afterwards and some will not. It’s the price of healing/transforming but the rewards outweigh the costs.
@DOCTORATLARGE So good. Unfortunate that the true spirit of self-love (self-acceptance and a sense of wholeness and belonging that should translate into greater love for the whole) has been lost and instead twisted to justify narcissistic hyper-individualism.
So we’re doing it again this December!! 8pm IST every Sunday. Drop in for a single Circle, or, for maximum benefit, come every week. Release, let go, and move forward. Sign up at

SO grateful for this unsolicited testimonial from my first Healing Circles in India this November! It was my honor to witness a cozy group share openly and come away feeling calmer and lighter, perhaps even energized about their future.
Tweet tweet, I started a new YouTube channel! So far, I've got a couple of videos related to my dancing experience.
Here's one that recounts a special moment when I realized that things naturally turn out well when I get out of my own way. :)

@MoveOn I wish your new sticker said "Hope, Unity, Decency, Science, and Truth" instead of "We Resisted, We Voted, We Won" -- the latter feels divisive (we/us vs them, winners vs losers)
Keys to healing our divide, imo ❤️
Label less, love more. Judge less, forgive more. Still the mind, open the heart. Practice self-care. Stay curious. Find inner harmony first. Save yourself first. Find your soul song, then sing it loud and clear.
@suchisaria Yes, yes, yes! I would only add we each need to find our own inner harmony, which includes recognizing and accepting all unacknowledged parts of our own psyches. When we come at a problem from a place of wholeness we're less likely to be biased or feel threatened.
2020 has asked us to shed what's no longer working for us, big time. If you're single and processing a heartbreak, let go of your past and move forward to a more harmonious future. Green is the color of rebirth and renewal, which is what I promise in my Healing Circles below.
