@airindiain AI 184 cancelled. Not one message sent to anyone, repeated tweets and requests to help out. Now there’s an entire flight of people at @flySFO airport cause someone missed the cue. Clearly posted on air India guidelines airlines will inform within 30 mins of knowing

@airindiain there still isn’t any communication that’s sent out. Families showing up to SFO airport not knowing AI 184 is canceled. What in the world is going on? @flySFO

@airindiain AI184 seems to be canceled without any notification sent out. I have family at the SFO airport right now, with apparently no Air India counters live or customer service to speak to. There definitely is a process for informing next steps, right AI?

@airindiain This is not discomfort @airindiain. I’m pretty sure this is called negligence. And ofcourse, help is still needed. What do I do? Can someone DM me from Air India support at-least to let me know?

@akshaydshelke @airindiain @airindiain seems like AI184 is cancelled without any information. I have family who are at the airport right now, and there is no counter or support available. Can someone please@advise what to do?
