Point is I think renters should have equal votes

Not ideal but he’s also charging us well below market rent for this place

It’s relevant because based on the data they’re actually technically paying less than the average renter so that point would be moot

I took philosophy in HS because there was a teacher licensed for it and enough ppl for 1class
