It has now been over a week since my authorized Suzuki service center raised Extended Warranty Claim No. 15722 for my Suzuki Burgman Street (Reg: WB34CD6021), and I also emailed the concerned team 5 days ago, yet I have received no update or resolution.
Vehicle Details:
• Registered: Sept 2023
• Odometer: ~19,478 km
• Extended Warranty: Active
The original silencer has developed severe corrosion, rust-through holes, and structural perforation in less than 3 years.
Why is an active Extended Warranty claim still pending after more than a week without any communication?
When can I expect a final decision on Claim No. 15722?
Requesting urgent intervention and a fair resolution.
Photos, RC, mileage proof, and claim details are available.
