We the primary teacher of west bengal our educational qualifications was followed by NCTE of recruitment time (i.e. H.S+2 Yeary d.el.ed)but after recruitment our govertment paid M.P scale......govt. also neglected this matter......we are praying resolve this issue.

সর্ব ভারতীয় স্তরে প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ে যে বেতনক্রম চালু আছে অবিলম্বে পশ্চিমবঙ্গেও সেই বেতনক্রম চালু করা হোক। @uupta এর নেতৃত্বে যে আন্দোলন চলছে তা একদিন সফল হবেই।

পশ্চিমবঙ্গের প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ে শিক্ষক নিয়োগ হচ্ছে উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক ��োগ্যতার ভিত্তিতে কিন্তু পারিশ্রমিক দেওয়া হচ্ছে মাধ্যমিক স্কেলের
