Payment of duty is success but integration failed and amount not retunred in ECL in last 45 days. Last week I was asked to give undertaking but still wallet not showing the required credit. ICEGATE ID SAFECLOSURES

@cbic_india I have paid for duty on 4th April and it has been more than a month Still suty not credited to ECL wallet. PAN used of authorised person at time of payment. And now ICEGATE ID also created. Child user also created with same PAN. Ticket No IMO2674068

I have emailed so many times to Icegate but no revert recieved. I made payment through RTGS mandate form and till 13th April it was showing amount not recd. And now its showing ECL walled credited but ECL wallet showing zero balance. Ticket IM02674068

This is without any fault of mine that ECL refund not recd. Plus for previous duty payment i took loan from Bank so now for making payment again please guide from whome should i take loan again as guided by Icegate. Attached is response recd

This is against ticket raised on Icegate IM02674068. Payment of duty is success but integration failed and amount not retunred in ECL in last one month. Now wondeful solution given by Icegate team to make duty payment of 3 crore + again

Sir I have made payment on 4th April and till date payment not credited. It has been 24 days. I have been constantly asking ICEGATE and have raised ticket but still no resolutio. Daiky interest being charged despite payment. Snapshot attached
