@zomatocare I ordered from KFC. Waited for 1.5 hours. App was saying ordered will be delivered. Talked to chat support. The guy said that he talked to delivery person and order will reach in 10 min. Then the order is just canceled for refund. How is this even fair? @KFC_India

@zomatocare I ordered at 9:47 pm. was cancelled at 10:26 pm. bad and unfair. If restaurant could not service, it should have been cancelled sooner. When cancelled, the app was showing “collecting the order”. When there is a penalty for user to cancel, why not on restaurant.
