During the 1971 Indo-Pak War, Major General Ian Cardozo stepped on a land mine that badly injured his leg. There was no doctor and no immediate medical help. So, he used his Gorkha khukri to cut off his own injured leg and save his life.

Many may think his story ends there after this unimaginable act.
But it did not.

Major General Cardozo became the first officer with a disability in the Indian Army to be approved to command an infantry battalion and later a brigade.

@AdhirSinha Yes, our childhood star. Was unbeatable from 67/68- 74. His charisma was great but his attitude later brought him down also along with failed movies. Still, many of his movies can be seen innumerable times.

She herself feels the loss of Dutt. God knows the duo could create more legacy

@kscarface_30 Very right. These actors cannot be compared. Both are excellent actors but they are different in their roles. Though AB has been commercially successful, however his classical movies were also very successful. NS was classic special though he also has commercial movies. B
