@Uber_India - since 13 Nov I am following up for clarity on refund of my wrongly deducted Uber one charges. Team is not responding and finally closed thr ticket without any update. Kindly help to get this resolved.

@inDrive you guys have made no way to reach out to you in case of mid ride issue. Pathetic customer service as it does not exist and you leave the 2 parties to fight through it and settle with zero ownership from your end. Uninstalled the app and never going back to indrive ever
