@AstrotalkApp I’m quite disappointed with the lack of response even after sharing the order details. It gives an impression that customer service isn’t valued. Please let me know how such issues are being handled, as this experience really questions customer retention.

@MyIndusIndBank trying to contact bank thru mail and call to get my loan on card closed. Paid entire amount but still can see the charges on card. Very sluggish response from bank. Any responsible person from bank to help me out with this?

@LivpureSmart part got replaced a month ago, issue was still der, got more parts replaced in subsequent technicians visit. In last visit technician told that part which he replaced a month ago for around 2500 again needs to be replaced at the same cost. U guys r looting customers
