@ray_ban Update: 1 week later and total radio silence from @ray_ban on Ref: CAS-7103393-Y4L8Q5. They keep sending copy-paste scripts while holding my funds hostage. I’ve officially opened a bank chargeback dispute & am reporting them to Trading Standards. What a joke. #ConsumerRights
