We had informed them in advance about a wheelchair ramp requirement for my mother. This was not arranged. Family had to manage it themselves during the ceremony.

We later realized the decorator - on their panel that we had to finalise as there were only 2 options - was handling many events the same day. The wedding timeline got delayed. Guests were ready at 11 am and they gave the mandap at 6:30 PM.

Hours before the function, the venue wasn’t ready. Seating areas were unclean, basic arrangements were incomplete, and there was barely any coordination from the staff.

Update: Tried every possible way—emails, calls, reaching management. No resolution. But the moment you speak up publicly, you get blocked by the owner. That part works instantly 👏
