@PMOIndia should the college fees of colleges not be half or less provided they are not set up for online education and refering students to ready made recorded material of MOOC and NEPTEL. Hat services are these colleges offering at the price of 1 lakh rs an year or more

State Government funded Government College of Engineering, Aurangabad, Maharashtra charges close to 70,000 rs for an year as fees to a student and plus chages close to 30,000 every year as a buliding fund. Can the min. of edu., Govt. Maharashtra justify this? @samant_uday
