#fake product sold. Customer care ridiculously asking me to contact Samsung Service Center to get a proof that it's fake. With little attention, anyone can identify the counterfeit. Refund.

@btppubliceye Kindly take appropriate action against this auto KA024486. It had an iron rod poking out 2ft which has caused damage to my vehicle due to rash driving in a narrow lane.

@Tataev Took the vehicle from workshop on Jun 18. To my surprise, they were unable to fix the bonnet issue to my satisfaction. Issue still persists. In addition there are 7 more issues I have noticed in the past 15 days. @TataMotors has not replied to my written notice. What to do?

1. Complete refund of the amount paid by me towards this purchase
2. And, Replacement of the vehicle with a new one of the same model and make.
In case the demands are not met, I will be bound to take this matter to the Consumer Court at your expense.

@_Kalyan_K Flipkart has failed to deliver the Protection Plan that was purchased along with Macbook. Multiple extensions and still haven't received it. Definitely not an experience I opted for. Either -
a) deliver the Protection Plan or,
b) refund the whole order (Macbook + Plan)
