@sanatdavs @althafka3 We contacted them through this number [phone] ,they responded to us and they sent the mail to confirm on reschedule or refund. We opted for refund. Refund may take 30 to 40 business working days

#Vietjet airlines has failed us again they sent us a mail (on 21st oct) regarding reschedule options we agreed and asked them to reschedule our flight from Mumbai to Hanoi on 28-Oct for our cancelled flight from Hyd to Hanoi No response from them yet,Have sent mail for refund now
