कोलकाता के चोरबागान सार्वजनिक दुर्गा पूजा पंडाल में हुए हादसे में घायल श्रद्धालुओं से अस्पताल जाकर मिला और उनका कुशलक्षेम जाना।

इस कठिन घड़ी में पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार हर घायल और पीड़ित परिवार के साथ मजबूती से खड़ी है। माँ दुर्गा सभी घायलों को शीघ्र स्वस्थ करें, यही प्रार्थना है।

কলকাতার চোরবাগান দুর্গাপূজা মণ্ডপে ঘটে যাওয়া দুর্ঘটনায় আহত পুণ্যার্থীদের সঙ্গে হাসপাতালে গিয়ে দেখা করেছি এবং তাঁদের শারীরিক অবস্থার খোঁজখবর নিয়েছি।
এই কঠিন সময়ে পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকার প্রত্যেক আহত ব্যক্তি ও ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পরিবারের পাশে দৃঢ়ভাবে রয়েছে।মা দুর্গার কাছে প্রার্থনা করি, সকল আহত ব্যক্তি যেন দ্রুত সুস্থ হয়ে ওঠেন।

এইমাত্র চোরবাগান সর্বজনীন দুর্গাপুজো মণ্ডপে পদপিষ্ট হয়ে একাধিক মানুষের হতাহতের অত্যন্ত দুঃখজনক খবর পেয়েছি। এই বিষয়ে মুখ্যমন্ত্রী শ্রী শুভেন্দু অধিকারী মহাশয়ের সঙ্গে কথা হয়েছে। এই মর্মান্তিক দুর্ঘটনায় যাঁরা প্রাণ হারিয়েছেন, তাঁদের আত্মার শান্তি কামনা করি এবং শোকসন্তপ্ত পরিবারের সদস্যদের প্রতি গভীর সমবেদনা জানাই। আহতদের সর্বোত্তম চিকিৎসার ব্যবস্থা করছে প্রশাসন।

পশ্চিমবঙ্গে আগামীকালের আমার সমস্ত কর্মসূচি স্থগিত করে আহতদের সঙ্গে হাসপাতালে দেখা করতে যাব। মা দুর্গার কাছে প্রার্থনা করি, সমস্ত আহত ব্যক্তি যেন দ্রুত সুস্থ হয়ে ওঠেন।

Few actors possessed the intensity, individuality and unmistakable presence that Shri Nana Patekar Ji had. Urban Development & Municipal Affairs Minister 𝗔𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹 has announced an allocation of ₹𝟮𝟱 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗿𝗲 for the repairs, with instructions to complete the work 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮 𝟭𝟬 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿.

The work was formally launched in Howrah on September 26 following a meeting with Howrah Municipal Corporation officials.

🚨 BIG REVELATION ON HOWRAH’S DRAINAGE CRISIS

West Bengal Urban Development Minister of State, Umesh Rai has claimed that the DPR for a comprehensive overhaul of Howrah’s drainage system had already been prepared under previous governments but was allegedly kept pending and not processed 🤦🏻‍♂️😱 .

It was hidden in some file rack in @HowrahMunicipal

The scale of the plan? ₹4,702 crore.

This is the same Howrah drainage Master Plan now being taken forward, with 70% funding proposed from the Asian Development Bank and 30% from the state.

The plan aims to fundamentally upgrade Howrah’s drainage infrastructure and address the city’s chronic waterlogging.

What makes this revelation significant is the question it raises:

If a ₹4,702-crore drainage plan and DPR were already prepared, why was it not taken forward earlier?

The new government says work is expected to begin from January 2027, with the project planned over five years.

Howrah’s decades-old waterlogging problem may finally be getting a long-term infrastructure solution.
