Absolutely terrible experience with Reliance Digital. Poor service, zero accountability, and some of the worst customer support I’ve ever dealt with. Selling products is one thing—standing by customers is another, and they’re failing badly.

I raised a return request on January 14, 2025, and it has been 10 days without a pickup being completed. I keep receiving messages stating that the pickup will be done today, but by the end of the day, I get another message saying that I requested a pickup delay.
It is extremely frustrating to deal with this lack of communication and accountability. The courier service seems to be providing misleading updates, and I have not received any calls regarding the pickup.
