2. When i was talking to customer care yesterday she informed that both are different issue and needs two ticket.

@Meesho_Official @meesho_support created return request on 2 Oct, which is still not picked. Called customer care at least 5 times, Is 2 weeks time is not enough to pick a parcel? Or you don’t want to give refund so not picking it. @viditaatrey
