Holding customer RC and keys, making them sign Form 38, then cancelling hours later is unacceptable. Who’s accountable for this mess? Expecting an explanation, not excuses. @myspinny @neeraj001s

Also, amazing how a “chassis mismatch” appears after inspection, RC verification, Form 38 signing, and key handover. Either the checks are fake or the process is broken. Pick one. @myspinny @neeraj001s

Pathetic services and poor product quality. I purchased a bed with mattress from Koramangla on 3-May. They promised to replace the unit. 3 months have elapsed and yet there is no accountability anywhere in the system to address the issue. God save this company!!
