Some of my followers have shared Telegram channels that appear to be coordinating hateful, targeted attacks against Indian H-1B visa holders. It seems this group, allegedly operating from Canada, Pakistan, Iran, and parts of the Middle East, uses alarming rhetoric suggesting the “genocide” of Hindus. I’ve included screenshots substantiating these grave concerns, and I’ve already contacted the FBI and other relevant authorities to ensure a thorough investigation.

Additionally, individuals who propagate anti-Indian hate under the guise of “safeguarding Americans” should recognize how such rhetoric inadvertently bolsters hostile foreign propaganda. Please stay vigilant and safe—hate speech and divisive agendas must not go unchecked.

@asharoraa @BakchodAI Rest of world person come on H1B or L1 they get GC in a year or 2 and they become citizens. But when an Indian comes on H1B or L1 they keep waiting for their GC for decades and unfortunately their status while waiting is still H1B though they have approved PERM and I-140.

@asharoraa @BakchodAI Yes both H1B and L1 visa are dual intent visa.
So you entered USA as non-immigrant visa but you can decide to go back or your employer can apply for immigrant visa (GC).
So stop saying that it is temporary visa, it is dual intent visa.

@MMinevich Unless you fix the GC issue these H1B numbers will never go down. Most of them are renewal petitions from the people waiting for their Green Card from last 17 years.

@ThinkingpointU From last 17 years Indians are renewing their H1B visas, These numbers just tell the story how immigration has failed Indians to keep them live on H1B visa while people from other countries become citizens after their first H1B. So these many Indians renew their H1B every year.

@RandySchiffer The problem is renewal of H1B, these are not person these are H1B renewal + new petitions every year. The immigration system has failed Indian H1B holders and kept them in H1B visa status from last 17 years. Some has to renew H1B petition every year somewill renew in 2 or 3 years

@immigrationgirl @DataKat65 Because they are stuck in H1B visa from last 17 years, no path forward for Indian on H1B, people from other countries come on H1B visa, get GC and become citizens. Only Indians for life time remain in H1B visa. So it feels like there are more H1Bs than 85,000 per year.
