10/23 4AM:My friend & I were coming back from Diwali dinner in our @lyft.During the ride, the driver made unusual passes by asking intimate questions. In the 2 drop process, he made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe, and forced me to give him a 5 rating. #lyft#customersafety
@Spotify The music one listens to is so intimate and personal, but @Spotify's managed to naturalize the act of sharing your stats on public platforms. #CX19
Everyone's sharing their decade of music listening behaviour on @Spotify. With some consumers clocking over 26000 mins, it's clearly become an Obligatory Passage Point as well as bragging rights for many. #CX19
My final assignment for #CX19 was all about exploring a new servicescape for the Adults Fans of #Lego. Tried my hand at editing a video for the first time and I must say, it was a breath of fresh air between all the word docs and PPTs I've been working on for my other classes.

To further celebrate the 60th anniversary of @YorkUniversity, the Toronto sign will be lit in red and white today in recognition of this significant milestone.
Had a group meeting for my Strategic Mgmt project on @BeyondMeat today morning. Used concepts of inversion and brand doppelgangers learned in my CX class to develop a problem statement - How can BeyondMeat invert its narrative to combat doppelgangers? #CX19#Sharetheknowledge
Just watched an Uber ad on pre-roll that highlighted its phone number anonymity feature to ensure passenger safety. Another example of Uber using empathy to improve CX. #CX19
@InDMnifier Agreed. They're actually 'discussing' the current value of the piece. One could also look at it as 'performance art' where the buyer becomes part of the performance.
