Hello @bigbasket_com. I am resident of Sodepur Panihati, Kolkata and recently bought a chopper from @wonderchef. On receiving the product we observed that the elctronic chopper was not working I raised Concern No one escalted and no refund or return or exchange was provided.

@bigbasket_com @consumerforum_ please take a look at it ..... I purchased an @wonderchef's electronic chopper from @bigbasket_com . The product did not start nor was getting charged and both @bigbasket_com and @wonderchef refrained from refunding or exchanging the product.

@bigbasket_com Hi i got a call from team but she states that once i accept order it will not be returned but if my product is not working it should be returned or refunded. @bigbasket_com so disapointing.

This is to inform @inDrive that being a passenger taking your cab facility we faced a ride full of harassment. The driver harassed us and took 400 rupees extra l. But no help we are getting from CS. I am disheartend.
Please help us to get our refund for the extra.

@Uber_India @UberIN_Support I booked my cab at a fare of 229 I took the screenshot of the price even post the ride started. I had requested my driver to take a shorter route but he purposely took the worser road fare was 313. Not expected
