I have paid 698 Rs. for a ticket cancelled by IRCTC. Why am I getting only 610 Rs refund?

@eCateringIRCTC Train no. 12840, 30.10.2024 MAS to VSKP; Ordered egg meals; got a very low quality meal and they took 150Rs. When I have checked the price online it is Rs.90/- and that too so many items are missing in the pack which I got.

They are just simply looting from people. Just imagine about the people who don’t have access to internet and who don’t know the actual price of what they have ordered.

Also GM quality control number which was provided on the pack ( 91 9910492197) is a useless number. No one is answering.

@RailMinIndia @SCRailwayIndia @RailwaySeva 12861 Departed on 31st May from VSKP. No water in A2 compartment towards seat no 50 from Visakhapatnam to Vijayawada which is almost half journey. No soap in the soap dispenser. Worst maintenance of the train.

@SCRailwayIndia @RailMinIndia @IndianRailMedia Train No. 20834, Vande Bharath Express from SC to VSKP is delayed by 4 hrs. Then the worst part comes up. Washrooms are not cleaned and there is no soap in washrooms. Train is unhygienic. Very poor maintenance. C2 compartment.
