My order (ID #242674818051797) was never delivered.

This is outright fraud. Customers are forced to fight for refunds on orders they never received.

- Delivery exec denied pickup & ignored calls
- Complaint raised, closed without resolution
- Order later marked “delivered” at 5:35 AM without OTP
