finally remembered the password to this account almost a year later.. looking through these tweets is so crazy and it's insane how -

out of this rut and back to normal

or depression, but it's back this week again. just when i thought i was starting to recover. why does nothing ever seem to get me-

i started inositol, which is vitamin b8, and it worked SO good for the first week, i literally felt amazing and had no anxiety-

im so upset.

like all I wanted to do was sleep but I guess that's not happening

but I'd also be lying if I said I wasn't about to start crying now because it hurts so damn bad I have no clue why

literally woke up with the most excruciating stomach pain which sent me into a full blown panic.. if i throw up ill seriously cry

like not that you don't want to make it through another day, more like your mind just tells you you CANT make it.. even though you do?

to those of you with OCD/anxiety, do you ever get intrusive/anxious thoughts about dying or not being able to make it another day?-

okay wait quick question

i wish one more person would tell me to cut the bullshit!!i would control my anxiety if i could why do people think i like living like this

my parents have been so horrible to me lately

holy fuck my stomach hurts so bad can i just go home please

i have such a big issue differentiating whether im actually sick or if im just anxious.. like i ALWAYS feel like i have the stomach flu

im seriously convinced I'm going crazy like I've never felt like this and I'm just terrified

got so anxious over my birthday that i gave myself a stomach upset. cool

i seriously have no reason to be anxious or even to be a little bit sad but i still feel that way i don't get it
