@AzureSupport Yes. i've been doing a lot of work with logic apps in north europe in the last week. I created one a couple of hours ago and it worked fine. no changes made to configurations. I can replicate the problem across multiple customers. Works fine in west europe.

@AzureSupport I can't create new logic apps in north europe. get a server timeout error. I've tried it across 3 different tenents and they all get the same.

@AzureSupport all done via the azure portal. Haven't tried through powershell.

@AzureSupport On creating a new logic app (or cloning an existing one) it sometimes fails on the validation step, sometimes on the deployment step. The cause is always server timeout. Exact message to follow
