It’s been 29 Days. Ilejemeje’s Kidnapped are still Gone, and Nigeria acts like nothing happened?

S'óse Ó rí 🤔🤷?????
At some point, the courts will have to make it clear that it is not an arena for dubious and silly political theatrics.
Some of these political litigations are just senseless.
Lawyers who are filing senseless cases in our courts should be sanctioned.
If INEC receives applications from different groups seeking to be registered as political parties, and decides to register some and ignore others for reasons best known to it, it is left for the aggrieved groups that have been denied registration to seek redress in court against INEC.
The Court, based on the evidence and the facts before it, can compel INEC to register more political parties.
Suing the political parties that INEC have registered, and asking the court to compel INEC to deregister them, because you felt marginalized, cannot be a sensible legal strategy.
Every group has a distinct right to seek registration.
You can’t argue that because group “A” was denied registration as a political party, therefore INEC had no constitutional right to register group “B”.
As lawyers, we should stop ridiculing our noble profession.
We owe a duty to the Court and the cause of justice, not only to partisan clients.
Aliko Dangote, the number one beneficiary of government subsidies and waivers, is now the one accusing “foreign interests” of being responsible for underdevelopment of Africa.
LOL!
Dangote patronizes every corrupt regime in this country and contributes to campaigns of rogue politicians.
They want us to leave Bola Tinubu, the 36 State Governors, Wike, Akpabio and his colleagues in the National Assembly and start fighting “foreign interests”.
How come that these foreign interests are unable to keep Asia down?
Africans are the ones primarily and actively underdeveloping the African continent.
No foreign interest or intelligence agency can effectively sabotage the development of a country without internal collaborators.
This blame shifting that we are doing in the name of “Pan-Africanism” will not take us anywhere.
Peter Obi's attack on NADECO and his attempt to denigrate the leaders of that movement and it's members who single handedly fought military rule and made the ultimate sacrifice for democracy in our country is a crying shame and shall not go unanswered.
I recall that he worked assidiously for General Abacha whilst our NADECO leaders and footsoldiers resisted him and were being locked up, driven into exile, subjected to the most brutal form of oppression, persecution and torture, blown to pieces with bombs and slaughtered by soldiers in the streets.
Worse still the unrecognised and defunct Association of Destructive C*nts (ADC) of which he is a leader has a National Chairman by the name of Brigadier General David Mark (rtd) who, in 1993, said that if the winner of the June 12th 1993 election, Chief MKO Abiola, was sworn in as President he would shoot him in the head!
It is because of people like Peter, David Mark and Abacha that the military Head of State at the time, General Ibrahim Babangida, was compelled to annul Abiola's election after which the nation was thrown into chaos and turmoil with many innocent and defenceless Nigerians killed over the next 6 blood-soaked and terrifying years.
Peter's Obidient supporters were not born at the time and do not know the shameful role he played in that chapter of our history but we will educate them.
He was a quivering and chicken-hearted coward then and he remains one till today.
He and the members of his deregistered and defunct party should be the last people to talk about fighting for democracy and accusing other's of not being democrats and of being dictators.
Most of them were part and parcel of the brutal military regimes that terrorised our people and, unlike others, he did not have the guts to resist tyranny and oppression at the time but instead wholeheartedly espoused, embraced and supported it.
I would advise him to keep NADECO out of his foul, irreverent and disrespectful mouth or we will take him to the cleaners.
He should enjoy the democracy and free speech that we have today which others fought and died for between 1992 and 1999 and stop trying to revise history and rubbish the efforts of our heroes past.
Many of us were in NADECO and we are living witnesses to what happened.
We spoke out, wrote articles, suffered persecution, were locked up, were tortured were killed and were forced into exile. Some of us had our homes burnt by the military and our relatives targetted and murdered.
Those were the darkest days of our history which many seem to have conveniently down played or forgotten today.
Those were also the days when our country came closest into breaking into two and a second civil war was imminent.
What pains me the most is when I see NADECO veterans like Dele Momodu and Rauf Aregbesola in the ranks of these people who are rubbishing their past sacrifices.
Imagine Rauf holding the microphone for David Mark the architect of Abiola's woes and one of the reasons he is no longer alive today in a press conference?
In fairness to Atiku Abubakar he opposed Abacha too but Obi was firmly in bed with him and Mark was one of the primary architects of the annulment of June 12th.
The blood of all our colleagues and compatriots that were killed at that time still pains and hurts us and we shall NEVER forget them.
That innocent blood that was spilt by the Government he supportred shall haunt Obi for the rest of his life and disqualifies him from EVER becoming President or playing a key role in the affairs of our great country again.
Others stood, spoke out and fought like men at the time but, like the French General Vichy who betrayed his people and collaborated with the Nazis during World War 11, Peter capitulated, bowed, trembled, bent the knee, betrayed our people and collaborated with our oppressors and our collective enemy.
Yet today he has the nerve to open his mouth and seek to denigrate those that refused to do so.
Shame!
THE PIMP CALLED DELE MOMODU HAS BLOWN ANOTHER GASKET:
Dele Momodu has got his knickers in a twist yet again. Poor soul. He is clearly tormented.
There is nothing worse than watching a man that comes from a lineage of touts and pimps blowing his gasket.
He calls me a thug, speaks about my father and family and claims that I wanted to work with Atiku even though I left PDP in 2021.
Say what you want about me DELE but it really doesn't matter. My father never knew you even though you claimed he did and no-one ever knew your father.
That is how inconsequential you and yours are to Nigeria's history.
No matter what you say about me I was born into the corridirs of power, I have been in power and I have remained relevant and active in the power configuration of our country for over 30 years which is more than I can say for you.
So it stops there.
All I know about you is that you were once a journalist, you followed Chief MKO Abiola around like a court jester and collected crumbs from him for much of your life, you became a hustler and a photographer after he was incarcerated and that you ran for President a number of years back and got only one vote which came from your wife.
I will not bother to go into your family history because there is nothing in it to talk about which is why you have such a terrible inferiority complex and a chip on your shoulder. Yet all that is irrelevant.
The only thing that is important is that the man you are accusing of being a dictator and an Abacha is presently in Windsor now having dinner with the King whilst you are still in Nigeria kissing Atiku's posterior.
I am sure if your defunct Ovation magazine had been invited to cover the event you would have been happier and less bitter and frustrated.
Outside of that whether you like it or not President Tinubu WILL return to office and be re-elected in 2027. Nothing you day or do about me or him can change that and this is the source of your pain.
Insult me as much as you like: it is like duck off a waters back to me. The only thing that matters is Nigeria and that creatures like you and those you represent do not ever get near power.
You called me a pig yet look at yourself in the mirror and tell me who looks more like a pig between you and I.
Your profound ugliness, fat stomach and lack of good breeding is your greatest torment.
Let us hope it does not bring you to an unexpected end.
You were nothing, you are nothing and you will never be anything but Atiku's side kick.
I urge you to calm down and live with this unsavoury fact. I pray it doesn't cause you to have a heart attack and drop dead.
Outside of this I do not have your time. I have been called to serve my country once again and that is where my focus lies.
All the best.

“Everything Isaac Fayose said about Igbos is actually true. When the City Boy Movement reached out to people from the South East, they should have told them they would work for Tinubu’s 2027 win but only on one condition: the release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Instead, many are pursuing personal interests. Even the Chief Priest used Kanu’s release to chase clout.”
