→ 病歴・障害の有無などの「要配慮個人情報」が、AI開発など"統計作成"目的なら、本人の同意なしで第三者提供可能に
→ 匿名化(仮名化)は義務ではない
⚠️ ただし、まだ確定してない部分もある
→ 施行は公布から最大2年以内の政令で定める日
→ 具体的にどこまでの情報が対象か、事業者が何を公表すべきかなどの細かいルールは、今後個人情報保護委員会の規則・ガイドラインで決まる
→ これらのルール作りの際、過去の改正でも一般から意見を募るパブリックコメントが実施されてきた

→ 個人情報保護委員会が今後実施するパブリックコメントで意見を出す(施行までの間に必ず実施される見込み)
→ 地元選出の国会議員に直接懸念を伝える

天皇は「日本人の物語」の体現者です。

生まれた瞬間から皇族として自由が制限された天皇は「物語」そのものだと思います。
公務を続ける人生を歩む。その重さと責任が、日本国民からの敬意を集めることにつながっています。
皇族として生きてきた人生そのものが正統性を形づくるのであり「自由を謳歌して生きてきた民間人ではない」という違いが重要だと考えます。

もし血統主義を「科学」を基準にして徹底するのであれば、天皇がDNA検査を受け、仮に神武天皇とされる系統のY染色体と一致しないと判明した場合、皇室制度そのものを廃止せざるを得ないことになります。
つまり、「科学的血統主義」と「皇室制度」は、論理的には同時に成立しえない関係にあります。

したがって、皇室制度の本質は「血統の科学的証明」ではなく「物語の継承」にあると言えるでしょう。
その観点からすれば、一般人として生きてきた男性を新たに養子として迎えるよりも、生まれながらに皇族として歩んできた愛子さまが天皇となられるほうが、国民の支持を得やすいと考えます。

民間人を受け入れ、物語としての継承が途切れ、DNA検査の結果によって「血統」が崩壊しうる存在に、国民統合の象徴としての役割を託すことはできるのでしょうか。
象徴としての天皇の意味は、この「物語の連続性」によって支えられているのではないでしょうか。

- It knew that turning the region, including the Strait of Hormuz, into a battlefield would disrupt the flow of energy and severely impact the global economy. Yet, it did not care but openly expressed joy over rerouting global energy toward American energy sources.

- It committed war crimes, including the murder of 168 schoolchildren, resorted to state terrorism, and regularly boasted about these crimes.

- After a strategic defeat, it returned to talks and signed the MOU through mediation efforts.

- From implementation day, it not only failed to control its proxy from violating the ceasefire in Lebanon, but also created a parallel process in violation of the MOU solely to gain leverage.

- While it had agreed to entrust Iran with arrangements for safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz and the removal of technical and military obstacles, which clearly implied Iran would determine a safe route, it imposed a parallel route by military force, knowing that it violated the MOU and would breed escalation, solely for leverage.

- When Iran did not accept the parallel route and reacted to it in accordance with the MOU, the administration responded with military attacks, which, of course, were met with Iran's defense.

- By revoking the waiver for Iranian oil exports that it had committed to in the MOU, it effectively violated the agreement.

- Its president paradoxically declared that the MOU was over but its negotiators could continue talks, despite deeming them useless.

- Since the implementation day of the MOU, it has kept threatening to commit war crimes against Iran.

- Throughout this period, it constantly manipulated global markets, disregarding the interests of other nations.

- And its President aspires to receive a Nobel Peace Prize.

Against such an ignominious background, he arrogantly presumes to insult the honorable and dignified people, leaders, military forces, and martyrs of the Iranian nation.

Worse are those, like the NATO Secretary General, who, in order to please him, turn a blind eye to the aforementioned crimes and even praise them.

This policy is based on narcissism, misguided and completely miscalculated, representing a gross violation of int. law, the UN Charter, and int. humanitarian law, with catastrophic implications for the region and the world.
