Describing the harms associated with adjudication delays as “inconvenience” is a misleading understatement that is insulting to the victims of this manufactured crisis. Be better @USCIS and @TheJusticeDept.
@USCIS@doug_rand@SpoxUSCIS@USCISDirector@StateDept - What that means? is visa allocated already before Sep 06 2022 and will be approved on/after Oct 01 2022? If not, will case be prioritized in FY2023 when visa becomes available (i.e, priority date becomes current)?
@USCIS@doug_rand@SpoxUSCIS@USCISDirector@StateDept - Case filed on Oct 06 2020 Priority date Aug 27 2012 and current under EB2 Feb-Sep 2022. But Visa wasn't allocated. It's now marked Case Remains Pending (CRP) siting if Transfer of underlying basis filed work is not paused.
@doug_rand@USCISDirector , Our humble request to utilize time between now and next visa bulletin, to organize applications by Priority Date FIFO(Lawful way as per original policy)2011 and 2012 PD’s impacted due to random processing in the last 2 fiscal years! Pleas Make it right

My case (Filed Oct 06 2022) was returned to NBC on Jul 12 from a FO as Visa regressed. Both my approved petitions are with same employer. Don't Field Offices have the visibility to EB2/485J? What is the plan for adjudication?

Oakland Park received on May 11 and returned to NBC on Jul 12 as Visa regressed. Both my approved petitions are with same employer. Don't Field Offices have the visibility to EB2/485J? What is the plan for adjudication?
@USCIS My case (Filed Oct 06 2020) moved to Oakland Park FL Field Office on May 11 2022 per Tier2/Emma, but yet to receive any notification (RFE/Decision). And you ask for more applications, when you cannot complete existing ones? @USCISDirector@doug_rand@StateDept
@USCIS PD Aug 2012.
Original 485(EB3) filed on Oct 06 2020.
Transfer of Underlying Basis(EB2) Letter+485J was delivered to Western Forms Center on Feb 02 2022 and no receipt yet.
When will my case be adjudicated?
#FilingTipFriday: As a reminder, submitting a new adjustment of status application is not required to transfer the underlying basis of a pending Form I-485 and will not result in faster adjudication of the benefit request. For more information, visit: https://t.co/tpxrC1zwT9
I just sent a letter to @SecMayorkas urging him to address the millions of legal immigration backlogs & immediately reopen the @USCIS.
The Biden Admin has taken our immigration system and flipped it on its head. We must ensure DHS completes the work it has been assigned to do.
@USCIS@USCIS@StateDept 🙏. Nvr seen so much re-iteration.
1) No New EB2 I-485 (Refiling)
2) If Transfer request sent already, no addn'l req needed

🚨In FY 2022, the EB cap is 280K. In the 1st quarter, USCIS approved 33,619 & the State Dept 10,556. While this is higher than the 1st quarter of FY 2021, the current pace would mean just 177K issuances for a waste of 103,000 green cards. Hurry up!
