We express our serious concern regarding the constant violation of Sunghoon’s privacy, despite the several notices and legal actions previously issued by BELIFT LAB.
It is deeply alarming and unacceptable that Sunghoon’s personal boundaries continue to be violated time and time again. Let us be clear: SASAENGS ARE NOT FANS. Any “fan” who deliberately invades an artist’s privacy, follows them beyond official schedules, or inserts themselves into their personal spaces is not acting out of support, but out of entitlement and disregard for Sunghoon’s safety and well-being.
For BELIFT LAB’s consideration, it is evident that previous measures have not been sufficient to deter these actions. Sunghoon should not have to sacrifice his privacy, security, or peace of mind simply because others refuse to respect basic boundaries. No artist deserves to live under constant intrusion, and no company should allow such persistent violations to become normalised. Sunghoon’s safety, privacy, and well-being must be protected with the urgency and seriousness they deserve.
These constant incidents highlight a continued failure to ensure the safety and privacy of your own Artists. These are not isolated occurrences: they are part of an ongoing pattern that has repeatedly exposed Sunghoon to situations that are invasive, distressing, and potentially unsafe. We are tired of seeing the same violations happen over and over again.
🚨 We would also like to remind all ENGENEs not to engage with, share, or repost any photos or videos obtained without Sunghoon’s consent. By spreading that content, you contribute to the violation of his privacy and even encourage such behaviour. As such, please do as follows instead:
• Report to BELIFT: https://t.co/zPM9FGbDdp
• Report details: https://t.co/f1yUCg8AOq
* Note: please follow the step-by-step process of reporting on the docx.

In the past 6 months since January 1, 2026, Jake has only had three non-group schedules:
January 19 - Mimiminu
January 20 - Lee Mujin Service
January 22 - special MC for M countdown.
and two of those were shared with other members. That means he’s gone a full 5 months with zero solo activities.
when it comes to brand work, the situation is even more disappointing. As one of Prada’s official ambassadors, he hasn’t been sent to a single Prada event outside of ENHYPEN group schedules since attending the Prada Beauty event back in 2024. @BELIFTLAB simply hasn’t given him any opportunities.
Idols desperately need consistent exposure to stay relevant. The harsh reality is that if ENHYPEN isn’t promoting as a full group, fans barely get to see Jake — and if even his own fans struggle to see him, how can @BELIFTLAB expect him to attract new attention or grow his individual presence? It’s a clear sign of how poorly he’s being managed.
Here is the uncomfortable truth - it would be impossible for Heeseung to do the Kcon gig if he was still in the group.
1) his solo album wouldn’t be able to come out because he would be on tour with Enhypen
2) he wouldn’t be at Kcon because he would have no music released AND he would have no time to practice for it because of tour
Since he wanted to release his music and do solo activities now (versus later after contract renewal), he couldn’t be in Enhypen while also pursuing his solo career. The scheduling would clash.
Enhypen themselves have contractual obligations to the concert promoters that booked them for each country, so they’re not gonna be able to cancel or back out just like that. It comes with huge contractual penalties. It’s not fair to them to have to pay penalties and delay their tours because of one member’s desire to pursue solo work.
While Heeseung’s choice was a difficult one, he still had two options at the end of the day. 1) stay in Enhypen and do the same as other members 2) do your own thing and the company will support you in that effort.
If he stayed and tried to push forward with his solo while in the group, the only option is for Enhypen’s tour to be put on hiatus, which is not what the members want nor what Heeseung wants for Enhypen. That’s why he said “I also didn’t want to push forward only my own desires within the team.”
Backing out was the only option that allowed him to do what he wanted AND the team could continue doing what they wanted.
And if you say “well he wasn’t given good choices” but at least he had a choice. He was not kicked out or forced to leave. He could have stayed if he wanted. The other six made a choice too, to stay as a group and to not pursue solo right now. They’re booked and busy and have no intentions of slowing down their momentum.
I think boycotters deep down know this too right? That’s why you want to boycott everything because if Enhypen is less successful, sat around and did nothing with few schedules, it would be possible for HS to do both. There would be no scheduling conflicts. But it really shows how some of you don’t care about the rest of the members or their goals within the team at all.
But what is done is done. Nothing will change now no matter how many tantrums you throw. If they decide to get back together in the future, it’s their decision and not your doing.
For me personally, I was sad and confused at first but I got over it once I recognized that he did have a choice, and his choice signaled his resolve for his own music. I have to respect that. The members did. The label did. Who am i to say “you can’t do that! You have to go back to the group.”
If the artists themselves are fine with their decisions, then fans just need to get with the program. Stop fighting and start supporting more. It’s up to you who you want to stan but don’t infantilize them like they’re not grown adults with agency. Also, stop dragging back and forth. No more boycott talk. It is so useless. Just let them be, and let them be happy doing their own thing.
You’re a fan, a spectator, an audience member. You’re not the boss of their lives. Get over your hero complex. It’s only making you more miserable and not allowing you to enjoy anything.
“How fast the night changes.”
Last winter we were celebrating New Year together and laughing. Now we can’t even talk to each other.
Of course, with such a serious illness as yours, you have to be ready at any moment. But in reality, everything is completely different.
You fought for 7 years, and I hoped—naively hoped—that you would live longer. No. I never even allowed myself to think that I could lose you so early. And that no matter how hard I try, I won’t be able to do anything about it.
What am I supposed to do? I can’t do anything anymore. Why couldn’t I do more for him, when he did so much for me?
I didn’t need anything else. Just them.
I’m so tired of being strong. I just want someone to hold me tightly and not let go while I fall apart.
My father… he is dying of cancer. I’m only 22, and I feel like I barely know him. We spent so little time together—there was so much more we could have had.
I don’t know what to do anymore. How am I supposed to go on living?
I’m so tired of pretending that everything in my life is fine. I hate this mask of well-being that I wear at university.
But I can’t drop out. I can’t go back to him, because his last wish is for me to finish this damn university.
