The U.S. military was under pressure to get convictions even if the evidence showed innocence. Falsely Accused and Wrongly convicted servicemen need your help.
Today, I am convening a special review panel to conduct a comprehensive, long-term, department-wide review of every aspect of the military legal system impacting our servicemembers.
This panel will enhance trust, strengthen our force, drive real reform, and help ensure our warfighters receive the world-class military legal system they deserve.
@JimLeipart@AliceMarieFree It is a shame that the board did not actually review his full case and release him. Matt was falsely accused and wrongly convicted and we will continue to fight for him.

Thank you to those supporters who understand the issue and want an independent investigation so that parents understand before sending their children to serve.
🚨 Moms of boys + every patriot who loves our military:
Justice is NO LONGER BLIND.
The frantic push to “eradicate sexual assault” has rigged the military justice system.
Due process? Destroyed.
Presumption of innocence? Gone.
Our young men in uniform are now guilty until proven innocent — all to chase conviction stats and headlines.
Top law review analysis exposes how politicians and top brass tipped the scales against the accused to appear “tough.” Your son or brother in uniform could be next.

A U.S. Rear Admiral swore under oath he did NOT believe Navy SEAL Senior Chief Keith Barry was guilty beyond a reasonable doubt — but political pressure from the Obama White House, Congress and Navy Legal Leadership forced him to approve the conviction anyway.
“As I considered whether to disapprove the findings, I was also concerned about the impact to the Navy if I were to disapprove the findings. At the time, the political climate regarding sexual assault in the military was such that a decision to disapprove findings, regardless of merit, would bring hate and discontent on the Navy from the President, as well as senators including Senator Kirsten Gillibrand. I was also aware of cases from other services that became high profile and received extreme negative attention because the convening authorities upset guilty findings in sexual assault cases.”
Please read his entire affidavit below and ask yourself how the other generals and admirals acted based on this pressure. Keith's original appellate brief would show none of this information and AI would say he was guilty. There are so many more. How will you feel when it is your son or a man you love? We want an independent investigation.

We're told to "trust the system." Reporters and armchair juries now feed military appellate briefs into AI and let the machine decide who's guilty or innocent.
But those briefs never mention what the actual training tells troops:
-"One drink and you can't consent."
- "Only the person penetrated can be the victim"
Now imagine your son takes his wife out for their anniversary.
- They share a single toast.
- They go home and have sex.
On paper, the law and appellate record look clean.
In the briefing room, the slides say that one drink means she couldn't consent - and if she later regrets it, your son is a "predator."
AI will read the brief.
It will never see the "one-drink" policy that turned a normal anniversary into a crime.
Watch this and ask yourself: would you trust your son's future to system where key rules are hidden from both the public and appellate record?

Women & Men: Based on this context, would you consider this sexual harassment?
- A coworker shows you a beach handstand photo of himself (taken by his 8 year old) while talking about fitness/gymnastics.
A former Army reservist & ATF agent was kicked out the Army reserves and lost his federal career for "sexual harassment."
The "evidence"? A beach handstand photo his 8 year old daughter took of him at the beach.
He showed it to a fellow reservist during a convo about gymnastics and handstands. No nudity. No touching.
He has been blacklisted from law enforcement jobs.
Is this really sexual harassment- or proof that the military justice system is broken?
To every falsely accused service member still fighting:
You are not alone.
You are not forgotten.
And you are NOT guilty just because the system said so. We’re taking this fight public. Share if you stand with us.
