Moreover, on their help section, there is no way to talk to an agent to lodge a formal complaint. Pathetic.
To the people in Bangalore who are ordering from @Flipkart@flipkartsupport, if your order's delivery partner is Ekart, forget that you will ever receive your order. The delivery people will randomly keep rescheduling until you cancel and won't even pick up your calls. 1/n

And if you try to call them, they will disconnect your call. If you reach out to @Flipkart for help, these guys will behave as the most helpless people on the world. Go with Amazon always. Do not trust Flipkart ever.

@zeptocares The exchange was processed after I issued a complaint but no action was taken against the manager who abused me and I wasn't even apologized to.
After my last 2 experiences @ZeptoNow, I won't recommend it to anyone living in the Noida area.
I'll tell you guys about both the incidents in brief.
1. I ordered an earphone from Zepto. It turned out to be faulty. I filed for an exchange.

After all of this, every member in my family has uninstalled @ZeptoNow and I'll recommend this to everyone living in #DelhiNCR.
There are better options out there, with much better customer support, who actually pay heeds to customer's complaints.

After the order didn't get delivered for more than an hour, I reached out to the delivery agent for a response, only to find him drunk.
Raised a complaint Zepto's chat bot but it hasn't been of any use as I've been on hold for the last 40 mins.
