"Texas Blind Soccer is deeply appreciative to be awarded this prestigious grant to support our hard-working athletes. The funds will be used for sideboards which act as sidelines during our competitive matches. Sideboards add safety for blind soccer players and serve as a barrier against concussions. Thank you for being such an important partner with this vital investment in our program."

"The way we know how to stretch a dollar, this generous grant will fund a full weeklong, low-cost camp for more than 100 young soccer players in the Pleasant Grove area, with enough left over to contribute to some of our other single-day clinics or other programs. The Pleasant Grove area in Southeast Dallas is among many communities where the youth sports pay-to-play model shuts out so many families. This grant provides our nonprofit organization with valuable resources to help break through that model in an area that loves soccer!"
