There’s a lot of talk about how bad it is in SF.

Let’s talk about my little corner of NYC (I’ve lived in this neighborhood for almost 20 years off and on).

Everyday on the corner of Avenue A and 13th street we see the same encampment. Open drug use is rampant. To say it feels unsafe is an understatement. This isn’t the only corner like this and feels like the worst I’ve seen in 20 years.

I’ve filed many complaints to the city with no real response.
