Lakshmi Colony, Ward No. 49, Sindri Circle тАУ Keeping in mind the water crisis in Lakshmi Colony from March to June, rainwater from the roofs & surface runoff from all five residential blocks will be directed towards recharge pits & a recharge well to revive the shallow aquifer.
Bhagatdih, Enakothi, Ward No. 35, Jharia Circle - The heritage dugwell is being beautified along with improvements in drainage & waste water management through soak pit. Besides, emphasis is also being laid on encouraging community participation to preserve the heritage well.
Bera Colony, Ward No. 30, Dhanbad Circle - De-silting of the pond, repair & renovation of dugwell will be carried out keeping in view the possibility of pond based recharge of the shallow aquifer with the intention of increasing the water availability in the adjacent dugwell.
