@dm_ghaziabad I don't know whom to reach out. I have tried every means to reach officials to get the prepaid meter installed at my home. But I am still waiting even after 2 months of applying. The only thing they say is meters are not available.

Update: We're still waiting. Now officials are saying that tender has been rejected now you might have to wait for months.

I & my family have been talking to senior officers of UPPCL 7th Division Ghaziabad. Nobody has any solution for this problem. They are not even able to give us any estimate.
I request higher management of UPPCL to solve this issue as soon as possible.

I sensed the scam, and refuse to do so. He was insisting on making the payment. I said let me confirm with my father. He was restless and insisted me to pay him, which initially he was doing. I hung up the and called my father to confirm he said he didn't ask anyone to do so.

Today I got a call from [phone] the man on the other side told me that my father asked him to transfer a certain amount in my account. He said first he will send ₹1 to verify. I got a pay request of ₹1 on Google pay, which would be eventually deducted from my account.
