I used the @urbancompany services and suffered damange to my house as a result. I made a complaint and explained why I was reporting the situation a few days late, and I had absolutely no satisfactory reply. Will not be using again for sure.

@Aramex@Aramex your representative informed me that the parcel has been given to another courier service, the tracking number doesnโt workโฆ this is really ridiculous
I had sent an urgent courier to Sydney through Aramex, my courier guy assured me that the parcel would reach quickly and safely. The package has reached Sydney on the 5th and there has been no update since then. The courier guy has received a message saying
December is the time that I start ordering Christmas cake ( and January is the time that I start making those diet and exercise resolutions). Just tried Theobroma's - so-so I would say. I will order from my all time favorite, Wenger's of course
