@lufthansa commend Lufthansa on good customer service. It took some time but they honored their assurance/guarantees to us and remediated our situation around billing. Thank you.
@lufthansa I received a reply to just wait. We have called over 5x, emailed/submitted forms 3x and it has been over 6 weeks. This is not really acceptable.

@Lufthansa_USA@lufthansa struggling to get any customer service for a flight on August 24th where we charged over $1800 for an upgrade to business but downgraded to economy seats. Want my refund, submitted forms 3x, but can’t speak to anyone.
Thanks to Roxanna, manager at Hertz SFO! She quickly searched and found my husbands lost phone from our returned rental car. She was efficient and allowed us to still make our flight home. #hertz#thanks#greatemployee

@airindiain @airindiain it has been 130 days. NOTHING from your baggage group. I lost all my bags for over 10 days in India. I received NO financial compensation and had to waste my trip time shopping for clothes to replace the lost ones. I want my MONEY!!!!
@airindiain Air India lost my bags over 123 days. They have provided no compensation even though we had to purchase all new clothes since we lost all our baggage. It is Diwali… time to correct the wrongs.
