Can't believe in 2022 none of the above cos. can track my checked in bag, missing for 48 hrs on a v common route: BOM-SIN-MEL. Was told it arrived this am, and then it was in customs, and then told that it's still in SIN? WTF😡
@SingaporeAir They can only work with the information they receive and they haven't received a response from SIA. I have important work items in the bag that are needed to do my day to day job, not to mention personal items required daily .
@SingaporeAir And this after I was told in Changi personally that my bag would be transferred when SIA agent handed me my boarding pass after I showed her my baggage tag. Your response via this tweet is not good enough as is the lack of your comms with Dnata.
@SingaporeAir Thanks for the reply. DNata baggage services have been awaiting a response from SIA for 24+ hours regarding this and hasn't seen a response or any indication why my bag wasn't on the flight this am or transferred to Scoot in the first place in Changi.
