She has been told various times and days since it happened when it will be back up. She has now been told that it’s not coming back on until tomorrow evening. She is on the priority services register due to my step dad being dependent on his electric chair to be able to move due to Parkinson’s. My mum has also recently had an operation and is unable to care properly. They have wasted food, no heating or anything, and haven’t received any sort of support from anyone.

Could you advise on the situation and if they will be receiving any help due to their vulnerability please? She has tried to contact someone from you however not had any direct communication with anyone.
