@DrSelvarajah It might work if it enticed more into the job who don't relish the business side and fear conventional partnership. It might make the pay per hours/tasks/skills have to be addressed finally. Have to get the body count up somehow and the current structure is failing to do that.

@saorsa22 I'm 4 months on from the same and it does get better, partly by telling everyone, including social media. Some aspects of life do stay the same, more or less, and help keep us stable. Others can be surprisingly tricky but people are kind and cut us a lot of slack, thank goodness.

@TedUrchin It's simply the privileged, middle classes looking after their own interests and fearful of losing their equity and power. After the war, few people had much so forming cohesive groups made sense. Expansion of the comfy middle means many are deluded that they can now fly solo.
