@makemytripcare MMT is selling insurace with ticket with all the information of passenger, Nationality, biryhdate etc. Ask to update birthday. Site doesn't work. Policy issued states OCI holder not eligible. Its all confusing and push you in to uncertainty just 12h before international departure

@GulfAir I already gave my WhatsApp number in DM. After that only i got those suspicious calls from number from Kenya asking me sensitive personal information. This is frustrating that you keep asking me for my number and just passing time.

@GulfAir Gulf Air is yet to respond if those Kenyan numbers are legitimate and if they are why Gulf air person need senstive info like Expiry , CVV, Birthday, address etc to process my refund?
@GulfAir Customer service want direct message. i sent it. They told me they are escalating to the department. After, 6 hours no response. They are proving the point that their support syatem compltely broken. Salt on the wound of disruptions to 90 year old passenger.
@GulfAir I got call from some Kenya numbers without identification. To process refund they want my full credit card, Expiration, CVV, my birthday, address, email, phone! They send link and ask to fill while on call. They cancelled refund when refused to share sensitive info.
@GulfAir Our flight got cancelled. We have 90 year old passenger in the family . Caused severe disruption & cost of domestic travel cancelations. Now Gulf Air customer care is not reachable, email bounces, phones are not answered for hours. This is pathetic!

@GBA_office Plenty of small plot have 6 story building near Sheelavant Kere lake, adjacent to GCN apartment. There were no setback. When contacted by our cummunity member, BBMP official said, they belong to so and so politician. Is new commissioner checking them for compliance and action ?

I paid for posting as a owner last Friday. Promised posting with video in 24h. Person Sakshi stopped picking up phone. Backed stopped. They claim 'different departments'. Everyday 24h promised for 6 days. i lost potential tenants. Very professional. Pathetic
@kiranshaw@DKShivakumar Maa'm you said lot is done by govt. Yes, on paper. On Fix Pothole app Citizen register complaint but closed without any work. When AE contacted he says there are other people closing it. I have proof of 20 complaint from 2004. Mr Shivkumar didn't answer my tweet.
@DKShivakumar What i came to know is new complaints filed by our community members are also closed without any work. The area AE gives excuse its done by different department. i think the whole Fix my Pothole app is systematically designed only as a face saver. Govt is cheating.
@DKShivakumar Sir, I trusted your intentions & therefore i opened 20 road complaints on Sept 12, 2024 on the App. They all were unilaterally closed without anywork. Now, after one year 'main road' is unsafe, kids getting stuck. Escalation not working. What should i do? I have all details.
@TRAI My complaints with progressive escalation nodal-->Appellate --> TRAI is unanswered. Vodafone has kept my Rs 3k and not refunding. What is the point of all these mechanism if officers simply ignore email complants. Where else can i complaint ? Anybody has suggestion ?
