UPS charged me at ridiculous tariff from a canadian company that is part of the US MCA and they won’t explain it and I had to pay it because they were gonna charge me storage fees if I didn’t and they won’t respond to emails, except to say they’re gonna look into it and they don’t what do I need to do to this? Get my money back

@elonmusk a check for $19944 was sent to MOHELA to pay a student loan. It was CASHED and never applied to my account.
I call and wait 6 hours on hold to be told the same” we will look into it” crap. It was deposited in December 2024 and still i am paying the monthly payment because it wasn’t credited. HELP if u can!!
