@gregsmith_uk Please can you hold Chilterns Railways to account. Their planning is shambolic. Reduced service and short formations. Train sets with ineffectice a/c. I am squeezed on 1715 to PRR only 4 carriages. Unbearably hot.

@chilternrailways hey 0721 was standing room only by the time it left PRR. App was saying “loads of seats”. Usually starts from PRR. Why the short formation and change?
