@GabbbarSingh True that long distance road travel has become very good, safe and comfortable in india. But it is not used daily by most city dwellers.
It is the travel within all major city perimeter of 50 sq miles that needs to be freed of bottlenecks for the daily ease of living.

The UPSC appointees are extraordinary at recruitment & sadly become ordinary & entitled on appointment- bereft of desicive decission making ability. Because......
entry-level IAS/UPSC officers, over a standard service tenure of 36 years, goes through roughly 7 to 8 major career promotions (1 every 4 yrs).
So CYA (Cover Your Ass) policy become 2nd nature.
Decisions gone wrong or seen as vested results in obstacles in career progression.
Sychopancy & palming becomes the rule rather the exception like @Tukaram_IndIAS & such few others.

Request you to look into linkages between the multiple newage costly infant vaccinations & the exponential rise in our children afflicted with Autism,ADHD,Aspergers between 2 & 5yr.
Healthy kids with no symptoms upto 2yrs suddenly having these between 2-5?????

LPG refills got stopped/refused booking from hpgas for 45 days for not updating KYC !!!!!!
With KYC in place, the institutional service providers using this must be made accountable for all digital frauds through any account with them under kyc if they fail to identify the fraudsters.

@MSDianAbhiii Assuming one is at a 20% tax bracket, since none of the present non equity options give a 9%+ pre tax returns ( which amount to 7.1% post tax), PPF is a good habit to have in your 30s for next ( 15+5+5+5)as one of your investment egg in the basket.

In the stock market this advice is either hindsight bias, weather-cock bias or validity bias (ie coming from a person who enjoys a reputation in the market).
