@Iberia during my leg from Marrakesh to Madrid back in May, my wheel was ripped off and so this suitcase no longer functions. I have provided photo evidence with location.

I’ve called numerous times over the past ~4 months and got as far as requests for the make of my luggage, but then get auto replies because I had booked the full 3 leg flight with @AmericanAir, but they will not take responsibility because this leg was with @Iberia
