@virginmedia @virginmedia is there any update on this??? Nearly 3 days without broadband TV or phone… Why is it taking so long?? The estimated fix time is just getting longer and longer! The initial repair time was 4pm on Saturday afternoon, now 8pm on Monday… Not sure I believe it!!! 🤬🤬

@virginmedia Our broadband, TV and Phone have all been offline now since mid morning yesterday. Everytime I check the service checker it just keeps putting back the time. When I first checked this morning it said 11am. Can we have an accurate repair time as this is just lying now

@KFC_UKI The customer service at your Leeds, Colton Mill branch is the biggest joke I’ve experienced in a long time… 40 minute wait after they lost my order. Ran out of corn, ran out of mash… Then only to find they got they order wrong when I get home. Worst service I’ve experienced 👎
