Amazing level of detail picked up by @jennycapondraws from my presentation at @TheSIPR on voluntary resignations from the police. It's all here in terms of fairness, transparency, communication, voice, flexibility, culture etc. Can we all learn to draw our research findings?!

Like so many, my Masters journey was impacted by covid but today, I graduated with a Masters of Science from the @Uni_of_Essex. It didn't matter that it was 18 months later than expected, it just made the journey all the more special! #graduation

The research is using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis to understand the lived experiences of the individual and give those involved a voice. This project is seeking officers who have voluntarily resigned since Jan 2020.

@Derek_Flint1 Very much a working progress at present.. Recruitment information will be released on Friday. Unfortunately this makes up my PhD research and I am only just finishing my 1st year (out of 3!). Feel free to follow me and the progress of this project if it's of interest! 😀
